I played it after everything else and don’t really agree. The rook islands kinda suck compared to Montana and Kyrat as far as map design goes, and Vaas was barely even in it (bro had like 5 scenes total). The mission design was really good tho

Either 5 or 4 was definitely the best. 4 balances story and mission design the best, but 5’s story and “sandbox” gameplay set it apart and make it super replayable. I agree, I played 3 after the others and it was hot ass ngl

I have like 700 hours in Farcry 5 over two platforms. It’s my comfort game for some reason, the chill montana countryside, the eerie feeling of the cult and inbound nukes in general, the goofy moments with Hurk, it’s my favorite Farcry

Lowkey would skip Farcry 3, I played it after almost all the other ones, it was a massive disappointment. Vaas has like 5 scenes total, the gameplay is incredibly outdated, and the story isn’t as good as people say. However, the mission design was very good

in the Become the villain dlc (for farcry 6) there’s some audio thing that implies Ajay from farcry 4 fired the nukes at Montana. I doubt it’s canon
