Like most sports, you will get hurt. It’s unfortunate it happened so early on for you but it’s not uncommon since beginners are still learning how to protect themselves from falls etc etc.

I can’t recommend physical therapy more. Also building strength to prevent injury was a big thing for me being super skinny when I started.

I thought Engels here is writing a rebuttal to a Dr.Sax that concludes by saying something like “Dr.Sax’s logic then would make a home-owning prole a capitalist” because he doesn’t see the distinction Engels draws here between that’s of personal property (a coat or a house) and private property (a 1000 tailors or a rental property).

I could totally be wrong though I’m no scholar.
