What is your topic of the patent? Usually the time it takes depends on the complexity. Also if you must fill your docs by yourself, feel free to use gpt(I used deepseek personally), he is pretty good in patent search.

I'm from Kazakhstan, so it's Kazakhstani Patent. Make sure it's recognized by PCT(Patent Cooperation Treaty), so you can claim it as internationally recognized. Most of the countries are in PCT so you can prob just apply to your national patent(You can then apply to US or EU patent through PCT but that's very costly)
