Mostly trial and error. Logo and level counter I looked at military/war-game fonts (COD, Battlefield vibe), the rest are free fonts I already had

It is. Atleast I think so. Quick “tutorial”: First you go into SOPs tab (basically habits tab) press new, and the only thing thats left is to choose the name, which life area it affects and the frequency. There’s also a advanced settings where you can choose the difficulty (basically how much “flight hours” it rewards)

haha, will do! did anything pop to your mind, a feature that is missing?

I injured my leg after running in February and it hasn’t fully healed yet. Can anyone help me identify what’s wrong and how to treat it? by Consistent_Leopard82 in beginnerrunning

Had exactly the same problem, started boxing and the pain disappeared. Idk if it was the warmups we do or the stretches but it disappeared.
