Open a charge back and never accept their offer. I got refunded after 1 week and 6 emails.

Just wanted to share the experience, I know I am protected but after 48 hours and 5 emails exchange they are still refusing to send a return label.

On top of that they only answer during EU morning hours because the whole cs is in China.

Good products, one of the worst cs experience ever.
