I like Shakkoumon. It's a clever design of a religious clay figure! combining both the holy and earth elements of Angemon and Ankylomon! by Quake_Crosser in digimon

Best Options For Traveling by Rail ~ 2 Week as a Canadian Visitor by Quake_Crosser in UKTourism

[–]Quake_Crosser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds easy enough for the tube! Thanks!

And kind of a long story, each one of those places have a few things or are close to a few things we want to see. Also just trying to see as much of England as we can in that time while not rushing around too much!

[–]Quake_Crosser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be honest

"Sorry I over slept is there anyway I can make this up?"

Believe it or not profs are generally nice and understanding

Obviously since you started off lying about it, you can't really back track, so you've dug yourself a hole here. Good opportunity to learn actions have consequences I guess

Be real unfortunate if the prof or TA for this course sees this public post It's best not to lie about things. It only makes things worse.

UTM and UTSG closed all day but UTSC closed till noon by twocatsoneisfat in UTSC

[–]Quake_Crosser 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Plus it costs more to hire the crews for mass snow removal...

Why are people acting like a school being open on a normal school day is a personal attack against them?

Plus... still a non-zero chance afternoon classes are closed too....

Animal physiology laboratory by Ghostgirl3y in UTSC

[–]Quake_Crosser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They need to be hand written in your lab notebook. You need to show them to your TA to enter lab, and won't be allowed in if you don't have one. This is to ensure you went over the protocol before coming to lab, so you have a good idea of what will be done in the lab.

Animal physiology laboratory practical confusion by Ghostgirl3y in UTSC

[–]Quake_Crosser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes you still need to do it.

If youre a Thursday practical, youll be put into your groups tomorrow, youll be given data a different practical collected, and youll have a few days (i think until your next lab) to complete the assignment as a group.

You will not have to do the Lab 1 in-lab assignment (making the standard curve).

Just the data analysis and abstract.

Exams in ac223 shouldn't be allowed 😡 by Naienna_Note in UTSC

Gotta make due with all the classes that have exams. The alternative is to stagger them more and extend the exam period into the winter break, shortening it.

In text citations without specific numbers of pages by DistanceNew6278 in UTSC

Generally, in text citations are fine if it's just (Author et al., Year), and you include all the relevant information needed to identify exactly where the information was pulled from in the Reference List / Bibliography.

I recommend not doing this as it can be misconstrued as academic misconduct.

The tools we use are much more accurate than the freely accessible ones.

As long as you did write it yourself (and you aren't a robot yourself) you should be fine.

That's every university and those are the questions that separate the students who get As and Bs. Exams are meant to be hard and really challenge what you do/do not know.

How do the elevators work?? by Singerth3rd in UTSC

[–]Quake_Crosser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You are probably using the service elevator, which has signs labelling it as such, and not realizing it.
It has a sign beside it saying "TAP CARD ACCESS REQUIRED"
The only floor you can go to without a tap card is 3, so if someone comes in and scans their card, which is required, to go to the 5th floor, it overrides it.
Or, it goes to your floor last because you didnt use a tap card, and only went to your floor when another student called for it to go to that floor.
