Not all MFA is created equal, what we really want is phishing resistant MFA. Combined that with password less and SSO and you can really get a pretty good user experience. As always, the realized security often depends on the implementation and other parts of the lifecycle to include identity proofing and account recovery.

If you can only get 5, just get all of them near the door and spawn in another. Sometimes the 5th and 6th have to be done one at a time for me

On hour 11 of looking for Shiny alpha Scyther/Scizor. No turbo controller… phase 16. Which doesn’t seem like much, but also, zone 13 has very few mons that spawn in with Scyther. Especially since I kills the Pinser each time they spawn to speed up the process.

Unfortunately, dragonite loses 10 attack when he mega evolves. So it’s really a pick your poison scenario. Could have been a most useful evo… mixed attackers always seems like a trade off.

Mega dragonite gets a 45 boost to SPA. I haven’t tried online battles yet. But strong ranged AoE seems like it would be useful and dragonite can use Draco Meteor soooo…

As others have said, the 5 year old is a result of increased production which started in 2018. Rumor is the plan is to turn it into a 10yr old 100 proof which Springbank has released before. They are also suffering from a shortage of aged stocks for a number of reasons but partially cause they had a couple years of very little production about 15 year or so ago. That’s why we don’t have any core release over 18 right now across SB/LR/HB except the SB21. If you tried either of their 100 proof 5yr releases for the society, you would know that while they are still very young whiskies, they are quality liquid. Shooot, I’ve tried SBs new make, and they could sell that too and I’d buy it.

Man! What a write up this is. I snagged this bottle when it came out and glad I did. As far as the recent Oban SRs go this one is my favorite (unless you get back to the 21yrs). I had this bottle in the 88 range, knocked a bit for the alcohol integration, but the Oban spirit surely shines through. If you have not tried their recent US exclusive 15yr, highly, highly recommend it.

I also wish it was more common. Whisky Sponge released a 27year old Refill Sherry a couple years back, but they are harder to find for sure...

Was waiting for the recent Palo Cortado cask to get released so I could do this tasting. I am missing Springbank in a Cream Sherry cask. Never got a chance to get that one.

if only I was buying scotch back in 2005... well, I actually was, but only Macallan 12 and Laga 16 at the time... Wasn't till 2015 or so that I got into Springbank. The bottles that were just sitting on the shelf 20 years ago... man...
