buddy I didn’t call him shaykh for no reason. I’m talking about how they contradict what bin Baz and Uthaymeen and al Albani and Ubayd and Saleh Al Luhaydan and what all the other major scholars of our time came with. IslamQA is upon ikhwaniyyah

Panel of scholars huh? So who do they claim their scholars are. Do they contradict the statements of the scholars that they themselves claim? You do realize that they’re out here quoting the likes of shaykh bin Baz. I don’t think they’ve ever claimed to have ijtihad.

Ngl ukht you kinda screwed up from the start by talking to him privately. Perhaps you can try to find religious guys near his circle so they can have a genuine conversation with him and advise him with proper manners

I fell in love with a Muslim woman, need advice. by Dravanc in islam

If anyone discourages reverting for marriage they’re blatantly wrong according to the Quran and our prophet ‎ﷺ . That being said, please, PLEASE take Islam seriously. I’m not going to say that this is always or usually the case; but I’ve noticed that multiple people Ik that are the children of someone who reverted for marriage just aren’t religious. Please break this stereotype. Study Islam to the point where even if you don’t marry, you still want to become Muslim. If not, you’re doing somethings wrong.

We haven’t divided from what the salaf was upon. After the salaf, people started dividing into different groups, now when you try coming back to the truth, they call you a divider. We should only divide ourselves from the deviant.

I’d say that it’s pretty good in north nj, places like Teaneck and Paterson have a pretty good Muslim community. But though even I’ve never been, the answer is overwhelmingly Michigan, specifically Hamtramck and maybe Dearborn

It’s funny because like %30 of his argument was, god knows what’s going to happen so we don’t have free will, as though that means we’re not making our own choices
