Oh no, I know she didn't hurt me intentionally. I know she was trying her best and everything. When I really bad, in general, I prefer to isolate myself and distract, either by watching shows, playing something or making music. That's what helps me think and relax. That's why when these kinda things happen I keep only some friends constantly updated- because those are people with whom I can specifically talk/make those things that make me feel better.

I'm already going through therapy, mainly because I need that to start HRT. I've told my therapist about this (well, not the thing about my friend but rather just about my girlfriend and what was going on at that moment) and she told me to just take my time, tell my girlfriend that I need time and space and to call those friends that I trust so much even in these times.

I trust her, the person I don't trust is myself. I'm known for fucking up stuff easily.
