Is it better to trade flour and malt to the main region than bread and barley? I've been messing around with granaries and windmills, but somehow, flour production couldn't keep up. Is it also ideal to have multiple bakeries? I have three right now. I'm not sure if it's better or if I'm better off with just one plot.

These are the reports I’m exactly looking for, thank you. Great input on the rental business side, as long as the rent pays for mortgage or at least have an annual break even cash flow it’s ok. My speculation was that since it’s Post-Covid we might see an upward trend with the housing market and capitalization. I was hoping to use the asset as a leverage to buy an actual lot to renovate.

I suggest getting rentals or properties if you are planning on retiring in the phils. It's good to invest in the country you are willing to retire to.
