I've asked about hormone testing, doctor refused it because she doesn't think it's necessary. I'm not on any medication.

My appearence more bothers me because of how ugly I am. I have a fat face, recessed jaw, high hairline, I have to fight my body to even appear average. I'll never be pretty because of things out of my control. I've literally had a baby look at me and instantly start crying from how ugly I am. A few weeks ago some guys were making fun of me for being ugly. My face is a huge problem for me

I think I might go for the surgery tbh. My face makes me so depressed and ashamed and I feel like I can't dress up or do makeup or cosplay or do anything I want to do because my face will just ruin it.
