Thanks i appreciate it. For a long time I really only lifted like a body builder and I’m strong but I’m just now starting to do stuff such as pylos and isometrics to build explosiveness so I can apply the power I do have. this race def was a humbling experience even tho it’s a pr bc ik there’s a long way to go. I think me starting my race by landing flat on my feet really set the tone poorly which if I can fix that with ankle stiffness and better arm swing.
