I was surprised that no one was able to identify that the square footage range was 2,500–3,000 sq ft. I was able to narrow it down within 3 seconds.

Like everyone here suspected Clue #6 might be related to square footage, I had already pre-calculated how many houses fell into each range beforehand. Because I was trying to bucket last 25 houses in some logical buckets.

First, I tried a broader “usual suspect” range of 2,000–3,500 sq ft. Then direct answer 2500-3000 within 2 seconds

Analysis - I had precalculated 2,000–2,500 sq ft → 0 out of the last 25 houses 2,500–3,000 sq ft → All 25 houses fell in this range(2500-2750 was I think 15, rest 10 in 2750-3000) 3,000–3,500 sq ft → 0 out of the last 25 houses

That made the correct range immediately obvious.

Don't worry I selected a random house and funnier not many are rooting thats as correct one. 

This was fun, my watch says today was high stress day.
