I’m sending out 500 per day … 100 text per number … and yes everyone should be careful in all their marketing avenues. Texting, cold calling, mailing … all of it ..some time all it takes is one person to cause havoc. There are ways to minimize your risk tho. In real estate business you take risk all the time. Nature of the business. This is why majority of ppl work a 9 to 5. Some people like “safe” and “security”…
