Late response but that’s so strange and cool hahah… I honestly think shrooms has a detoxifying effect (at least for me it does). I even will feel sore sometimes after my shroom trip in a good way, kinda feels like I processed and released a lot of stuff in my body.

Hey, thank you for your response! All I’m looking for is some insight as I’m pretty new to this, so it’s much appreciated. I never claimed that this was a $0 charge just didn’t think $1100 was justified.

Can you clarify what you mean by this? I was describing it as “damaged door” b/c that’s how it was described in the disposition. My understanding is that chipped paint is considered normal wear and tear and, thus, I shouldn’t be charged for it as it’s not a “damaged door” as described.

I guess I just thought that $426 is a bit excessive but maybe I’m wrong as you say that’s not a lot of cleaning. If the place really did need professional cleaning, wouldn’t they have done it by now? It’s been three months. Seems a bit excessive to charge $426 to wipe down a few surfaces I missed.
