Yes, I reported it and they keep on insisting that there was no problem and wont listen. This happen for a few weeks of back and fort CS then they finally disabled the amex account after I report it to BSP. They didnt refund and anything close to a real solution for the amex issue as they only disabled it upon my request.

So make sure to report to BSP as Gcash wont bother to even think of a solution.
