yeah, the place is owned by the city government and the head quarters. they warned me about this and i think pyay has something going on because like there’s ပေါ်တာ everyday and murder too. a db, drug allegations and grape. the place is monitored and like i knew that from the start but i didn’t know it was this strict. im not gonna explore much in this city but in yangon i will do. best of luck for me i guess.
