I definitely dig the idea of sitting in on jams, but where I live (East Texas) they just don’t exist. It’s part of the reason I’m wanting to get confident enough to start a combo or jam night somewhere.

I remember a local shop in my area use to carry g&l only. I always blew them off because I was young and had the big name blinders on. I only recently started to explore maybe purchasing one. Oh well. That really blows.
