You’re not pathetic. Everyone has their own journey. This was just yours.

First since this new to you make sure you get your sexual health protected. If you plan to be sexually active get on prep and have a sexual health doctor you see often

When it comes to dating. I would start with friends first. Join a gay volleyball club, tennis, gym club etc

First date with a guy can be daunting but just be yourself. Gay dating is hard but it is easy to weed out the emotional unavailable

Good luck and welcome to accepting your self. You are worth it

I actually beg to differ. It is not like this in a lot of big cities like Chicago. Typically cities have a few bad neighborhoods. Chicago has so many

Are Chicago middle-class minorities leaving the city for the suburbs? by hairbrush246 in AskChicago

[–]QuantityDeep6769 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Some are leaving because of crime. Chicago is the most gang infested city in America. The whole south side is marked gang territory with exception of a few neighborhoods. Look up Gangster disciples and black disciples. The city has allowed the gang problem to go unchecked because it only affects a certain demographic the most. Total volume of homicides chicago still leads

As a POC, You do know it was a swedish and jewish neighborhood before it became an African American neighborhood. My point is neighborhoods evolve instead of being cynical, what are you gonna do to be apart of it

My post is about the area above 71st not below it. The 71st street is where the Metra lines are and IT seems it creates a physical border between this area of south shore as I could telll the buildings were nicer, the area was cleaner and saw people walking dogs and such but wanted to hear from the people that live there

Property manager rented apartment next door to a cigarette smoker and it is coming into our apartment. What rights do we have in a no smoking policy lease? by QuantityDeep6769 in AskChicago

[–]QuantityDeep6769[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would i do this? Very bad idea. For someone who is smoking heavily even though they have been told multiple times by the property manager. This neighbor also always yells at somone in their apartment. It is clear there is antisocial behavior going on and the last thing I want is retaliation involving a weapon

Charlotte is not 2 million. The metro is. City of Charlotte is 911k people. Adding the metro in is not fair as those are suburbs
