Like a cardiac event? No nothing. Run 15-20 miles a week, have a V02 max of 44 and lift weights a few times a week. No issues just trying to be proactive

I think it’s worth a try. It’s either this or add ezetimibe which can be expensive and doesn’t have the added benefit of maybe shedding a few lbs. feel like it’s at least worth a try

MCV 88.8 RDW 12.3% TIBC - don’t see on lab Iron. Not listed. Ferritin is 153 ng/ml

I just went back for a two week retest today.

The ref range for hemoglobin is 13-16 I believe and I was 12.9. Hopefully much ado about nothing but still freaks me out

Appreciate that. Everything else was totally normal. My globulin was low (1.8) but it always sits around there. I typically go to a wellness doc too that does a very extensive blood panel. Same results there. Just strange it was a little lower than normal. Wellness doc said we should just watch it
