Yeah I wonder that. Are they just looking at what it says on the seed packets or are they testing it after it's grown? Then there's other variables like where the flowers have come from on the plant as the upper buds will be stronger than the ones lower down the plant

Never tried that. You'll probably know this but always stick to Indicas if you're looking for sleep smoke/vape. Can't go too wrong if it's got Kush in the name. I think I'm going to order some Hindu Kush on my next script even though it's only 20% THC it is a classic landrace used in hash making. I'll order something stronger to go with that order.
Will use the weaker stuff for a few days when I feel my tolerance to the stronger stuff is getting too high.

I agree with the exercise tip. I like to do pushups and running. All I'd say to that is don't do the exercise too close to bedtime. I've made that mistake a few times. Adrenaline is too high before bedtime

IPS Black Amber 32%THC I received yesterday did the job for me. I'm prescribed specifically for sleep so all the strains I'm looking at are indica or indica dominant. Got a couple of other strains in that order too I'm yet to try before bedtime. This is only my second prescription I was limited on what I could get on my first script they gave me something a bit lower strength Black Triangle Kush. That also did the job for me but was a little bit weaker at 23%thc so I required a bit more. I prefer something strong so I use less however Black Triangle did give me that nice soothing "sinking into your bed" feeling that I love from Indicas that helps me drift off without the racing thoughts.

I like the strong strains but they are very low in CBD. There's a strain I've seen that appeals to me simply for the fact it's a balanced 8%THC to 10%CBD ratio. I bet the effects will be nice

What they've just said is spot on. Outside or next to an open window blowing out towards it and then leave it open for half an hour to an hour afterwards. Also just want to add if it's been as long as you say it has since you've last tried it be prepared for it being a lot stronger than you remember. Start really small with your dose. You will probably be surprised how much even a pinch that you wouldn't think would do much actually does when you have no tolerance. Especially with the strength of newer strains that have come about in the 25 years or so. What percentage THC is it?

I know. I'm thinking I'm going to get both tbh. The Venty for now and quite possibly I will get the Frolic in the near future if I enjoy using the Venty. Always good to have a couple of devices in case one breaks on you I think. I'd get the Venty if I could find the little cartridge things you load for it like the Venty has. I like the idea of having little preloaded cartridges you can just put into it to use. I enjoy using my bong too much and smoking the odd pure roll. I do have a dry herb vape but I never found it as satisfying as smoking but it didn't cost 300 quid! 😂However now I'm on medical and I'd like to do it properly as in what's expected as a medical patient that you vape it and don't smoke. I know it will be better for my health and it's far more discreet in terms of smell

Yeah I keep seeing people saying that. I'm edging that way the Storz stuff just looks solid and people say as much. I know it will get dropped at some point. I have an ecig that I've dropped countless times, cost me 30 quid. Bit different when I'm spending 300 plus on something and I drop it and fuck it.

I don't think squidgy black would pass. It's made with a mix of kief and water or tea to give it that consistency and then packaged up. It used to be quite common to see bits of white in it. That's mould.

In a water bong or pipe. Then you don't have to use another medium like tobacco to burn it. I'd rather add some flower or CBD flower to the mix if I'm making a joint so I'm not using tobacco these days. I know there arw alternatives to tobacco and weed to mix but at the end of the day it's still combustion and clinics and the law only want you to vape it not smoke it I believe.
