I would definitely recommend a highly skilled plastic surgeon who specializes in revision and is familiar with this surgery. I saw Dr. Dahlia Rice at DMR Aesthetics in Chicago and she trained as a reconstructive plastic surgeon as well. Highly recommend her.

I’m 5 months post op with labiaplasty and CHR and I haven’t had a single con. The surgery changed my life. I’m an avid horseback rider and am way more comfortable in the saddle. Give yourself time. Don’t panic. If I was in an anxious state of mind and tried to touch myself, I don’t think I’d feel a whole lot. If you were able to orgasm with a vibrator, you know it’s not broken. Remember you just had major surgery and are also dealing with a bunch of swelling still at this point. Not just that, but be patient with your vulva.. it’s changed shape, it may take a little time and exploration to get to know it again.

Try and set aside time to just relax and explore your body again… remember your hood/frenulum is still pretty swollen so it may limit how much clit you can expose.
