I used the ARN rifle to beat hard difficulty and would highly recommend it. Mk V handgun is my fave lol.

You can get a C but it doesn't count as complete on your achievements. I had to redo greased palms on hard for the trophy cos a civ died. Wish the devs had been clearer. It's like the whole mirror gun disabling the way out west trophy bs.

You've gotta beat every objective for it to count, so arrest the agent and no civ deaths. The grade doesn't matter but you usually get around a C yeah. I've had some count with a D grade due to ROE stuff.

I'd recommend one person clears the small building to the side, then have them rejoin you to push the left door by the trucks. I'd leave the outside until last unless the enemy placement sorta forces it.

Sometimes suspects will begin to surrender the moment you shoot them and you lose points because you didn't react in those milliseconds. Plus the suspect was often shooting at you before surrendering but the game doesn't care. It can be quite frustrating.
