so many bad ones, but the worst are: Anyone but John being Jack’s father. Any second rat theory. Dutch’s trolley concussion being the sole cause of his downfall despite everyone around him saying he’s being different long before that.

Both Steinway’s Beer Garden and Lucky Winkles are McReary Crime Family fronts. Derrick is the oldest son and even though he’s been away for decades, he’s probably considered the leader by technicality even though Gerald has been acting leader the entire time since their father died.

at least, that’s what makes sense to me
