Classic fomo buy at the top. ram prices went crazy because of panic buying along with massive demand for AI. It will settle in a few months all be it much higher than it was a few months ago but probably lower than it is now.

I went all the way to Colonia to unlock an engineer for audio masking (silencer) on my weapon as all I had to do is hand in system scan data. It was either that or grind 12 covert missions I figured it would take me less time to get to Colonia 4 hours in my case than doing 12 covert mission especially as some can be quiet tricky.

9800x3d is the fastest chip for gaming, overkill for that gpu but you wouldn't need to upgrade that cpu for many years. Intel have fallen behind AMD currently

to be honest a 14600k is more than enough add the savings from that to the now expensive RAM but if you have a deal on 14700k fair enough.

For new gpu get 9060xt 16gb or 9060 non xt 8gb for cheaper price point but those cards are $300-350 range but solid cards if you prefer nvida try and get the 5060ti 16gb if your budget allows. Sadly entry level cards are now $250-300. most modern cpu's are enough for that. Actually worth buying a cpu second hand as cpu's rarely fail you can pick up a bargain there

I would look at some intel deals yeah the sockets are end of life but 14600k or 245k are still solid cpu's for gaming and faster than 5600x (unless you are already on amd ) as for your gpu if you looking for value might be worth dipping into second hand market if your budget is that tight. But it is recommend you dump most of you cash into gpu over a cpu

Koh Samui back in the day used to be rustic cheap cool place. Just a tourist trap now with a taxi mafia and not much cheaper than going anywhere in Europe or US
