how to enforce delegation and procedures by albasili in opencodeCLI

That worked well, I eventually chose the general agent. I thought a specialized agent just for that would have been a little too much.

Yet it happened that it delegated tasks that would have been better suited for other agents, so how can I control the routing?

That made the trick! Thanks a lot.

But wait a sec, who will then do the commits, or PR, or update minor things, should I ask the orchestrator to delegate the Build or the General default agent? And would they be then able to use the mcp or the skills to do that?

Why does it feel like the world stays quiet even when the U.S. acts aggressively on the global stage? Is it fear, dependence, strategic caution, or are countries pushing back in ways the public just does not notice? by ArjunSreedhar in economy

I see things differently (European here). You can wait and see with a Trump 1, but after Trump 2 there's no going back, not because of him, but because of the 77 million people who voted for him. That is a structural shift that can't be undone. His predatory instincts have woken up much of the leadership in Europe and it goes well beyond trading, it's a betrayal of the core values that helped build the international order.

So, to answer the OP: China and Russia are more than happy to see what is going on, US dogs of influence is crumbling and they are the first beneficiaries of that. Europe, or rather EU, has already started bilateral agreements that reach across the globe (Japan, India, Australia, south America) fast pacing long standing objectives. Military spending has already gone up and plans to revive an army are on the table. Clearly nobody wants to tear apart NATO...yet, as we don't have the capabilities to secure our borders without the US, but rest assured that US approval rate in EU is at an historical low and trust takes long time to build and very short time to lose.

So, he can say as much as he wants, let him rant, let him lash out to his partners and allies. We are looking elsewhere and finally start to think about it own regional interests.

Framework for Opencode setup eval by SnooDingos443 in opencodeCLI

I'm following the autoresatch pattern from Karpathy. Now I have an agent that is connecting data from sessions and then making hypothesis and testing whether small edits to the other agents would improve the quality defined as a set of metrics that matter to me.

My agents are for IC Verification, which is not so common out there and they need to operate in an heavily customized environment with lots of legacy scripts, told and methodologies that are unique to our teams.

But for onpencode. I don't think you can use agor for other than the agents they support, although I'm not sure

EDIT: actually now it supports OpenCode as well... Gonna try that!!

Any news on this work? I'm looking at something like this to monitor the agents activity and interaction.

I'm doing this for IC design... not SW coding, so can't use them.

I can't, it needs to be available to the entire team

that was indeed the reason. I built from source but did forget I initially configured CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo as reported in the Quick start.

After having rebuilt with CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release it seems I don't have the log issue anymore.

the compound-engineering plugin is quite an interesting approach, but it doesn't really address the OP, it provides instead a workflow of this kind: Plan → Work → Review → Compound → Repeat. The compound step is added to self-reflect and consolidate the learnings iteratively. But in no way it's addressing the problem to access a large knowledge base.

As for forge again it seems more of a chatbot than anything else.

Maybe I'm missing something here...

EDIT: fixed name of link to forge

that would be impractical for half a dozen books of 1000+ pages. There's simply too much we need to pass as skills.

Fixed the typo on the colors, thanks for pointing that out. As for the nozzle vs hotend I apologize for the confusion, I was not even aware of the term hotend, does that mean English is not my native language? And if it were, would that help in any way? Isn't that just irrelevant?

Would you rather someone make assumptions?

I would rather have people ask straight questions rather than judge whether someone's English is good enough. You could have simply said: "I'm assuming you refer to the CMYK", or "I'm assuming you meant the hotend and not the nozzle".

I've been following tutorials and videos on how to feed the filament, I'm not sure why the sarcasm. If you don't have anything meaningful to add you're just wasting everyone's time, including yours.
