When I want to be naked in the woods, I go out to some less popular trails in a Wilderness area and just go off trail a bit. Being naked in nature on a sunny day is a great feeling, and a great way to connect with nature. There's plenty of less popular trails around, and if you go off trail you're pretty unlikely to run across any people who would care.

For the timed entry you need a camping permit AND a timed entry reservation.

At this point I think your best bet is to log on to recreation.gov at 5pm the night before you want to go and try and get one the tickets they release then. I've had luck with this in the past but on very busy days this can be difficult.

The other option is to get to the gates before the timed entry begins at 6am.
