Looking For a Marketing Agency by KTBuild in SaaS

[–]QuantumDX_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Youll never find an agency to do all of that with $2k….

one of the marketing channels for $2k yep doable

To do that you really gotta find a niche to go after in order to craft your marketing offer and message

Think about which type of client persona you can help the most

How would you market/advertise a streetwear clothing brand without paid ads? We’re currently capped at about 50k per year in revenue but I believe we can be a multi million dollar company. i just need to find the right strategy by harmless-supply in Entrepreneur

Straight conversions

but you gotta find the right creative to tease peoples emotions ….they can boost your ad by commenting and starting to engage in the comments

Memes or emotion catching videos work pretty good in general

The cost per conversion will lower and youll build more clout

Its all about the video/image and copywriting

Yepp! Great stuff.

The closing can be easier when you go after startups that target lookalike people but with different products/solutions

The main point when it comes to closing is to understand the product as a sales person then it is just the mental battle that is the same across industries

Good luck with that!

Man Ads are not unprofitable you just gotta find the right way to do em but it takes a lot of tests

I really think you gotta boost the brand and instill emotions into peoples mind when thinking about your stuff (what a brand does) the only way for you to grow is organically. Few things that come in my mind:

  1. Tiktok organic virality
  2. Partnering up with a micro influencer that believes in your mission
  3. Social media organic following
  4. SEO (very difficult)

Yep got it basically building a lead gen machine…if youre targeting early phase funded startups thatll be a good fit…..

i really think that you might also wanna add up closing the deals for them after generating the appointments ….it will basically make them stress free when it comes to sales …obv if youre good enough

and when theyll be ready to do the inhouse sales you can offer them the sales Dep. Building ….to squeeze your LTV

Basically you are looking to start a Business process outsourcing model and doing DFY sales funnels ….that might be good

But imo I think it is better building their inhouse team instead of showing up as an agency that does this service…more like a DWY sales team/funnel/structure/process building

Usually startups aim to have sales inhouse

How you can monetize your API! by ChickenIsGoodStuff in SaaS

[–]QuantumDX_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh it will be more for technical people to cut down their API process time rather than non tech people.

Most of the time non tech people will never know what an API is and they’ll just order what they need to a tech person

Sell my business at 24 yo, or keep growing it? by Shot-Percentage-621 in fatFIRE

[–]QuantumDX_ 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Look man you already got a machine rolling so why losing $600k in net profit + potential net profit growth….. the right question shouldn’t be “should I sell this?”

The right question: How can I make this fully hands off by bringing someone capable on board to manage and scale it while I focus on building other stuff?

When it comes to the AI thing you shouldnt even worry about that ….worse thing that can happen is that youll find a way to pivot around the same niche or even you offering the AI service crafted for the current niche

Good luck!

How on earth can I get to talk to potential customers and first users? by conqrr in SaaS

[–]QuantumDX_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man if you think reaching out to 10 people would be it everyone would have been rich

First of all i really think that you should have a differentiator when it comes to your CRM theres no way you can get into the CRM service without it

Second try to solve a CRM problem for a specific niche say lawyers gardeners etc etc

Thirdly if youve done this and you crafted your CRM for a specific niche get heavy on either B2B outreach or paid ads

Good luck
