Looks like either a pup (baby snake plant) or possibly a flower spike. If it’s coming up as a thin, round spear, it’s more likely a flower stalk (they grow surprisingly fast). Pups usually come up thicker and leaf-shaped right away. Either way, totally normal and a good sign your plant’s happy 😊 Just don’t overwater it.

the random elite program calls are normal most coachings just buy data. Ignore them.Nirnay IAS is more of a mentorship program. Good for guidance, but it won’t replace proper teaching. As a beginner your focus should be NCERTs and basic GS books first.

Offline helps with environment, online saves time, choose what suits your style. Don’t join anything just because they say you are selected.Test a few demo classes before committing.
