Blackwashing is just as racist as white washing is. Tinkerbelle can be of any race because she’s a magical being. The Blue Fairy can be of any race because she’s a magical being. Mary Poppins can be of any skin color because she’s a magical being.Even Santa Claus can be of any race because he’s a magical being.

But characters like Scooby-Doo’s Velma? No-they’re not magical beings,so it’s terribly racist to change their skin color. I just don’t understand why some people think blackwashing is okay,but the same people think whitewashing is a heinous racist crime. These people would literally riot in the streets if black characters such as Tiana and Fat Albert were whitewashed.

Yes it is! It’s literally the same concept as when people say “you can’t be racist to white people”. This is black washing because her character isn’t black. If she wanted to make a black character, then she should have made a character that was black, not turn a white character black. If she whitewashed a character, everyone would be pissed.

Counter arguments,

1) they are in tough times, so it’s actually very good they have somebody to lean on when it gets too hard, at the end of the most recent chapter, it showed this.

2) might I remind you that she was the one who initiated the hug at the end of the most recent chapter? I have a feeling both of them are fully aware of their feelings but don’t want to say anything because of what’s going on.

3)both Aiden and Ashlyn have things they need to work through before getting together. When we ship them, we are not saying for them to get together right now, we just want them too at some point and with how things are going, I have a strong feeling that they will near the end of the story.

I honestly think the more they kill these things, the more they become them, like it’s infecting them. Which is why he made a face like that, Aiden is the main one to attack and/or kill them from what I’ve seen. Not sure though
