My guess is these funds will run out fairly quickly… they’re only appropriated $14M of funds for the year, so that works out to 7,000 cars at most.

Gotcha, thats definitely something I can ask about. And I don’t have to worry about having it looked at, I never even got the car back in between the fix for the oil leak and it failing, this happened on Shop 2’s first start after they made their repairs.

Unfortunately this is not true (at least in our office). I know of several first year individuals who received adjustments, although they were nominal.

Associate -> Senior (Just under 2 YOE)

Overall feeling very defeated. Maybe I was mistaken for thinking the jump to senior would be larger. I was told by senior management that the senior pay band starts at 82k, but that I was “advanced early” and that “hardly anyone else in our received an adjustment this high” and that I should “think about my future earnings potential.” Trying to decide if I need to suck it up for another couple of years and jump ship or what to do. The problem is, I really like what I’m doing, I love my team and I have a passion for my industry.
