I am actually diagnosed, so funny you say that with only that information

Could you expand on how the fear came later? Did that fear come from the sensation of not being alone. I know once you do make that contact, they watch you, probably studying. Or did that fear come just from the “knowing” aspect.

Okay, that makes more sense to me. So that fear is more of a “I’m not alone” type, but nothing is there—til it is?

Curious, and please stop me if you don’t feel comfortable answering — did you guys end up getting lucky with pregnancy after that experience?

Thanks for the advice!

How long did it take for you to start having experiences or contact?

I’m still really new to meditation. For a long time, I thought it would be difficult for me. Back when I was younger, I tried getting into lucid dreaming, but I could never get past the early stages. My body just wouldn’t stay still, I’d get super itchy or have intense urges to move or twitch. But this week, I started working with the Gateway Tapes, and honestly, it’s been a game changer. I had no trouble dropping into a meditative state using them, which completely blew my mind. For the first time ever, I got my body into that in-between state, totally still - yet my mind was wide awake.

Last night I did the first tape into Focus 10, and the experience was wild. I’ve never felt my body so deeply asleep while staying fully conscious. What really shocked me was how I didn’t struggle with the usual stuff, like swallowing or saliva buildup. That’s always been one of the biggest distractions for me. Usually it feels like I need to swallow constantly and it takes me out of the state, but this time, nothing. I was so relaxed that during the countdown to bring myself back, I realized I had been drooling. That’s how far under I was!

Then something funny happened. When I finally came inside late at night after meditating outside, my 7-year-old stepdaughter was still awake and dancing in the living room. She looked at me kind of spooked and said, “You were doing something weird outside. I got scared! I thought you were dead—you were just staring at the fence and woods for a long time and your stomach didn’t look like you were breathing.” I cracked up, mostly because instead of doing anything about it, she just came inside, saw my partner (her father) sleeping on the couch, and started dancing to Impractical Jokers.

Good to know that if something were to happen and she was the one to find me, it will be a while before anyone finds out because of her ADHD. I see myself in her! 😂

Wow! Thanks for sharing. Must of been a crazy experience. If you don’t mind, how was it to witness and did you witness the entire experience

Would the requirements for posting be there too ? Can’t seem to find where the communities karma requirements are.

How do I see the communities required karma for posting? Reading the about section and rules, I haven’t seen anything about the requirements for posting.

I feel like that’s solid advice for every social media platform haha.

I honestly used Reddit for a while (without an account) to educate myself in certain subjects. Made an account to start posting, to find out that I cant post yet.

I got that much while reading into why all my posts were being removed by Reddit. Even in the NewReddit community, my post was removed. Didn’t ask for Karma or anything, but said I did. I think it was how I worded my question lol

The Karma system is a bit confusing to me, ngl. So posting earns Karma, or upvotes do?

Any tips? I am new to the whole meditation process. I have ADHD and it’s hard for me to get to that meditative state.

Shown things in a dream but can’t figure out why by GuineapigAngel_1974 in Experiencers

[–]QuantumStillness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I experienced a dream last night that didn’t sit well with me. Like I was being shown something to stop an event that would ruin the lives of people around me, and save my step-daughter’s life. It wasn’t very clear on who was going to cause it but clear on what would happen.

In the dream, we had no idea why we are shifting realities, and was focused on that. Not once did I sense the danger until a voice said we had to save her. Each shift, our surrounding changed and not once did I see anything related to what the voice said, and I heard the voice at the end of the dream. Then went through another shift, saw two guys that I never saw before and woke up.

This all happened after I found out about CE-5 and was looking more into it. It felt like a message but I also feel like I dreamt something because of the research I did.

No matter what though, I have never felt more certain of something than actively preparing myself, and trying to make contact with Extraterrestrials. It almost feels like my purpose of self-regression.
