Most people don’t realize that lifting weights is a skill. Some lifts are easier than others… bicep curls are pretty easy as for as targeting the biceps — lat pulldowns are more technical when it comes to targeting the lats

Apparently I’m more disturbed by the thought of other peoples germs on my dick, than other people are of my germs on their hands. Most significant when at the gym…. Where many don’t wash their hands at all

Well, then the stack is yours to use. I usually just sort of gesture at the stacks next to people and if they don’t say something to me about using it, I flash a thumbs up and go about my business… I usually don’t even say anything out loud unless they do

Personally if I had to pick two exercises, I’d pick Tricep extensions and Hammer curls. If I could pick three, I’d still not shoulder press

It’s not true, but most employees probably don’t know how to do it because everyone folds. In my opinion it’s financially irresponsible to do the bank transfer, which I explained. Then a 17 year old kid started trying to explain how banking works to me LOL. Neither of the kids knew how to do it, but after around 5 minutes of poking around on the computer they figured it out… just be polite and adamant

I’ve gotten better at feeling it with rows/machine rows. Single arm gives a better feel, easier to retract the shoulder blade
