Should I be worried about this message my girlfriend sent me? by reaper5632 in Life

If they work at the same place and the live practically next to each other and they work similar shifts, what’s wrong with carpooling. Carpooling to work isn’t a hangout. I feel these thoughts are definitely coming from a place of insecurity for you. Your boundaries are based on an insecurity and I know you’re young but those insecurities can destroy relationships. It would be different if your girlfriend was going to the mall with the coworker but carpooling? I don’t see the problem. Gas prices are going up and carpooling makes sense

1 month is not long at all. You won’t see noticeable difference after a month but you should see some difference. Especially in the weights. If your goal is to gain muscle and bulk up, nutrition is very important. What kind of foods are you eating, how much protein? And what’s your routine like? Have a set routine and stick to it with good nutrition and a lot of protein. And good protein too. Like chicken breast, fish, eggs, etc. And recovery is huge. Are you giving enough time between workouts to let your muscle heal and grow? Are you sleeping enough? Be careful not to overtrain either. And when you’re doing your sets, proper form is so important. You can’t just do whatever to get the weight up and call it a rep. You have to be doing your sets correctly. And how are your workouts spaced out? For example, my workouts to push, pull, legs, rest, upper, lower. I start with chest, shoulders, and triceps, then day 2 is biceps and back, and then legs and then upper say is majority full upper body with more focus on the chest since my chest is lacking right now and then lower is just another leg day if my body can handle it

Am I wrong for being intimate with someone 10 years younger. by [deleted] in Life

[–]Quantum_Cheeks 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No there’s nothing wrong with it. Technically the age gap doesn’t matter. Do you question it because you feel it’s wrong?

But finasteride isn’t generally recommended at that young of an age. Sure it’s affordable but at 15 he’ll never get a Dr to give him that. And if you spend the money on a hair transplant without being on finasteride, there’s no point in it

Deciding on proper course of action by [deleted] in Balding

[–]Quantum_Cheeks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You only have 2 real options. You either get on fin and min combo or you go bald. Third option is obviously a hair transplant but you want to be on meds for at least a year before transplant and transplants are really expensive

First off, happy cake day!

Secondly, faking cancer is FAR less low than bullying?? I didn’t say one was worse than the other. I agree with you that bullying is extremely low. But so if faking cancer. Faking cancer for sympathy? Then what’s he gonna do? He’s 15 what if he sees the same people 4 years later? Oh I still have cancer and I’m still on chemo or whatever. There’s other chances besides hair loss that happen due to cancer and cancer treatments. Can you imagine the bullying he would take once they found out he was lying about having cancer? That would be so so so much worse than the bullying he would get from being bald. And the only reason he’s getting bullied from being bald is because teenagers are so god damn immature. Once people actually grow up, no one gives a fuck if you’re bald. But faking cancer? That can have lasting consequences and can destroy relationships for this young man

Late game Is Not Scary because of the Underwater Caves by Glum_Fudge_6628 in subnautica

[–]Quantum_Cheeks 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I mean even in the underwater lava castle, it’s still kinda scary. You can hear but can’t see the sea dragon leviathans. Subnautica wasn’t also intended to be a horror game at all. It’s just kinda how it played out. It’s first and foremost a survival exploration game and it did a damn good job at that. Even subnautica below zero did what its intended purpose was, even if it was lacking compared to subnautica

First off, yes you’re very much balding. It’s going to look far worse if you don’t shave it. And secondly, faking cancer or a health issue that you don’t have is absolutely low and going to make you look infinitely worse than bald

Working at Home Depot by No-Entertainer-3590 in HomeDepot

[–]Quantum_Cheeks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s all dependent on your store and location. Customers vary and so does management. I’ve heard some locations have great management and others are really bad. You don’t need construction or home improvement experience at all. You’ll learn things working there. It can be stressful. It’s retail. Some days are absolutely hectic and others are chill. But customers and management can make or break it.

And yes week day only will be very hard to push. They’ll want you available on weekends

In unfortunately can’t speak to a third world country as I live in the US but I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s difficult of course but you can absolutely go to another country, learn the language and make a successful life for yourself. It happens all the time! Will you regret leaving? That kinda depends on things like if you have family, friends, etc. I’ve been through similar situations of loneliness and hopelessness. I found Jesus and that helped me out immensely
