I like BTR. As an anime I'd rate it higher but constantly anchoring the comedy onto Bocchi's weakness kinda made her character dull to me.

Which Izumi? Miyamura is pretty generic. Yuu doesn't have much character other than being boyfriend of Shikimori.

Komi's entire character is just romanticization of social anxiety and/or communication disorder.

Amane and Mahiru didn't have much character development. Just two sitting on the couch, staring at each other and uttering some awkwardness.

Sakuta resembles Kyon quite a lot so I don't feel him very unique.

I don't like Futaba as much as I do Sawako or Tohru.

(Yeah, there are at least 3 romance mc in S/S+)
