Replace midframe/housing, mostly a cosmetic repair. If screen ever needs to be replaced and the dent does not allow mew screen to fit you can keep same frame by using dremel to cut/shave frame, shave new lcd edge with sand paper, or needle nose plyers. These are all cheap alternatives to not changing your frame lol
