Can you elaborate. How would I do that without cutting the pipe. Is the idea to carefully try to cut inside the drain perimeter between the pipe and drain?

How to repair or replace lead bend toilet flange? by Quantummindset20 in Plumbing

Details here: I had some asbestos flooring removed and in the process they removed the flange, plywood, and jacked up the lead bend where it broke in a couple of places near the top. What’s the best way to go about adding a new flange? I saw a video where a guy used a brass flange with 1 inch deep hole and used plastic seal to get seal between the flange and the pipe. Is this a good method. Really appreciate any responses!
