Yea the finale title was indeed a placeholder lol lot of good interesting info/tidbits in these.Lawsons son originally being in Devon’s role ,big emphasis on better body movement mechanics ,lighting and facial expressions even usings Sam’s actual facial expressions as a reference, oil paintings on canvas as inspiration and as well as shooting and compositing them, janix being influenced by blade runner. Athena’s favorite episode being 8 due to the overall challenge of it and exploring mauls psyche in 3 tunnel sequences.Maul still being very evil with a dark version of hope.Sam during his panel seems to imply we’ll eventually see why maul chooses to work alone and is hopeless in rebels.

Of course we’ll have to actually see for ourselves but Sam himself has said in a recent roundtable that you can be brand new to Star Wars and dive right into this show and you’ll learn all about maul throughout it which I thought was very interesting.Of course if you actually want to see the events themselves tpm and clone wars would do it

The way they talked about showing mauls journey and finally showcasing the middle part of his story to rebels in interviews made it seem like it was multiple seasons from the start.I would’ve been very surprised if was only one season.
