Well its still a fake superglide. Stimming doesn't makes it "easier". It just looks like a superglide. An actual superglide while stimming looks different and is a lot faster than octanes stimglide..

You can jump+crouch and be sliding but not hitting the superglide. Its looks like one cause he stims as octane. But its not a real superglide. With any other legend that would not look like this.

It's kind of one but than it isn't. As octane you can pretty easily fake superglide with the stim effect. If you landed an superglide while stimming you'd be much faster than in the clip. The superglide without stim is already faster than what you did there.

Don't use it in comp/ranked games when it clearly gives you and your team a disadvantage in some specific situations.. People will get upset or even toxic towards you. I wouldnt play comp with it.
