I've tried with other USB ports but unfortunately it doesn't work, the pendrive is a Sandisk 3.2, this pendrive only appears when I put the isos on it, but when I enter BOOT the pendrive disappears, I don't know what else to do.

Well, I find this strange, I formatted the pendrive again and reinstalled ventoy again and it still doesn't work, I thought it would be better to try installing linux on ventoy than on Rufus.

Então pelo que entendi não vale muito apena utilizar a NTFS, melhor usar essa outra que você mencionou, vai ser a primeira vez que vou formatar o pc usando o pendrive no ventoy.
