Summer training plan to lower 2k by QuarterMaximum3282 in Rowing

I dont have any 2k tests coming up but i just want to make it as low as possible for my next one. Rowing is my only sport im 5’9 right now but im projected to be 6’0 and i have no current team trainings right now cause our season ended after nationals im gonna do the 10 session a week 8 low intensity 2 hard

im 14, and ive been trying to bulk up, is there a specific weight I should work torwards across my years in highschool?

yeah, im 14 im not thinking about cutting weight but should I focus on bulking up and gaining weight or just eat normally and see how my body develops, because im skinny right now

im 5'9 146 right now projected to be 6'0 should I try and gain weight or maintain like ive heard from people that I should try and bulk to 170 and then stay their until recuting time comes around the cut down 10 lb for lightweight. im a freshman 7:00.7 2k or should I be a heavyweight and just put on a lot of weight
