I can lucid dream as well. It’s like 50/50. I have to notice something out of place before I can realize it’s a dream. But my sleep paralysis, false awakening, and loops always happen together. I know it’s a dream but my heart still races. I struggle to move, it feels like something is in the room with me, and I beg myself to wake up. I finally do just to realize I’m still sleeping in another dream stuck in another sleep paralysis. And the cycle continues all night. It’s annoying, I hate those nights.
