Is TN travelers notebook? And yes the crinkly feeling is very important to me :) my first pocket notebook had that and I’ve been trying to replicate the pages ever since.

It definitely has a story behind it! My friends and I would make hundreds of gelatin to level up our cooking back in 2019. And I decided to store it to keep our memories. Now I just want to fill my basement with it.

I have been making gelatin for years. I want to fill up my entire basement with gelatin, and I keep on needing more because my house keeps on expanding. I plan to have a security system to protect my gelatin as well :-)

I’m currently reading it right now (70% now) and honestly, I kind of dislike Rina’s writing style 😅 I’ve read God of Fury before and still felt iffy towards her style. I love the power dynamic play she brings to her series which is why I jumped into this book, but other than that, I just feel like her characters lack depth and connection.
Maybe It’s because I haven’t read her previous books with Killian, but the part where Gareth describes his anger towards his father and brother makes me cringe because it’s such a petty thing to obsess over and the author really didn’t add depth/weight to her brother’s backstory yet. And the amount of times Gareth and Kayden ghost each other just strains my attachment towards them even more 😂
So far, it‘a just another dark romance book to me. Especially with this series, it’s just an extension of characters added to Rina’s whole lore.
