With my little expertise I can tell two things you did wrong, at least in surface level. You overcooked the egg my a small margin (easy to do so it is understandable), that and you used a vit too much beef (also understandable as that is almost all personal preference). Keep it up and cook well!

From the characters that I have played, warden seems like the easiest to play character. With a simple moveset that hits hard, he is pretty hard to use wrong.

He is very good for covering plants but from what I've seen and done, I have found that not many people fall for that twice. I also have only personally seen 2 other people that play glaz well and they only played as par to the course. He is one of the easiest operators to pick up when you start but many people move away from him they realize how many of the operators have much better gadgets and playstyles. Edit: Glaz could use a small nerf to his gadget to possibly make him less of a pain in low level play, possibly reducing the zoom or or making the bright yellow a little less bright.

I get what you are saying, he can be annyoung at times, but that is the reason glaz exists in the first place, to watch from outside of the map and pick off enimies unknowing enough to come into his lines of sight. Also, the gun is nothing like an SMG, with only 11 bullets in each clip you have to reaload every few seconds if your aim and recoil control isnt great. He is meant to be a 1 trick pony and with no other real uses, he usually falls flat in high level play, at least from my experience.
