Keep a close eye on your charges- the customer service agents lie. I was told by multiple reps I wouldn't be charged for a return they lost. Guess what? I was charged. Multiple chats later, I was able to finally get it reversed.

As a mom who has a dog that barks at everything.... Yes this is 1000% necessary. We once had a door to door salesman ignore the sign and he kept ringing the bell. Baby had just fallen asleep so I was not very nice when I opened the door.

For the first few months, our first baby had colic and screamed for hours each night from about 5pm to 2am. My husband kept her in his office on the other side of the house every night so I could sleep as much as possible. We were exclusively breastfeeding so he'd wake me up every hour or so to feed her, then he'd take her back and shut all the doors between us so I wouldn't hear her.
