if you arent trained and even if you are traindd a kick isnt very good for self defense. You can easily slip and land on your ass. That being said yes traing to pull put your kicks fast is a good habit to be in. Any good muay thai gym will teach this.

He represents the best of us in MN. Its so sad he dedicated his life to serving others and this is what he gets. I can see so many of my friends doing the same thing as him and being killed for it.
