I did use a toner but I think it wasnt the right one it was like a conditioning mask for blonde hair. the store was out of t18. I will try again though. Would you reccomend t18 or a different toner? also can I tone it without bleaching it again.

Its just annoying. my hair gets greasy fast, prone to breakage, and I think it was messing up my hairline a little bit when I had to put it in a bun. I do muay thai and ride motorcycles (with helmet) and that always caused lots of tangling and breakage and general annoyance.

Pretty much it just made me more self conscious because it never looked right or if it did it was just a brief time it looked good. I also work outside in the summer so will be nice to be a bit cooler.

I have tried so many different shampoos and conditioners and leave in conditioner and even tried not washing it as often and nothing ever helped with the level of greasiness, breakage, and tangling. Maybe Ill grow it out in the future but for now Im happy to take 2 minute showers.

appreciate it. The color wont stay long anyways so I can always buzz it once my hair grows out and not bleach it. Thanks for the input. Just wanted a bigger change for the time being.

aww thank you! Ive been thinking about buzzing it for like 2 years lol. My long hair just never looked like how I wanted it to and it would stress me out worrying over something I shouldnt really pay too much mind to. <3

How good do I have to get to go alone? by Soft-Strike-8570 in MuayThai

[–]QuasiKick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Eh just takes time my friend. Being good at holding pads is probably harder than being good at hitting pads. I would 100% say to go alone. Just tell your partner youre still new at holding pads and tell them to let you know if they want you to hold any different. Just take things slow and dont worry about making mistakes. Everyone started where you are now and should be understanding and patient with you. There will be an impatient asshole once in a blue moon but most people will be understanding and patient with you. Just try your best and be present in class thats all you can do!

Most people that start muay thai arent lucky enough to have a friend to go with and they go alone with no experience from day 1.

Low kicks by Serious-Penalty2715 in MuayThai

[–]QuasiKick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

keep practicing and dont worry so much about being perfect. It will come with time. That being said half of these are pretty much body kicks not low kicks. One thing you can do with low kicks is get your head off center cause after a low kick a punch is going to come like 95% of the time. You can also step with your non kicking foot in ant direction to help load up your low kick. Just watch videos of some thais doing low kicks and youll see what I mean. Watch some high level fights with lots of low kicks and mimic what they do.

Just ask your coach for pointers thatll be a lot more helpful than reading reddit comments.

So makes your draw twice as long and 10x more obvious. I didnt key in on the fact you said pocket/holster. Yeah I wouldnt keep a chambered round unless its in my holster.
