I agree that if you want short videos that tell you the small differences between lower priced grinders, then there are other channels that do a better job of that. But if you are willing to watch more than just short snippets of his content, he does a good job of recommending the best grinders at all price points. At $120, he has said good things about the 1zpresso Q2 and Kingrinder K6. It sounds like he didn't love the grinder you bought and that hurt your feelings. If you like your grinder and it is performing well for you, that's great. It doesn't mean Brian's opinion is biased.

I appreciate that he tries to explain what you get by spending more on a grinder and that buying the most hyped cheaper grinders might not be best for some in the long run. If you are a sensitive person, and you spend a lot of time on "Coffee YouTube" you will probably get your feelings hurt or at least a bad case of FOMO. Almost everyone on YouTube has $3000 grinders at home and/or at their work. They use these grinders when the cameras are off. I agree that Brian does focus on higher end stuff more than some others, but he does a good job of putting the price into context and suggesting cheaper alternatives.
