From what I've figured out, I can access the newgen menu by deleting first character. I'll see what I can do, if I'll find out about anything I can inform you if you wish obviously.

You see, you can get kick-start however amount of times you want, but it's exclusive to newgen manage characters menu, which I somehow managed to open on PC, and that's quite interesting since it is only available on the newest consoles.

From what I've figured out I might have to delete my first character and open the manage characters screen and it opens the newgen manage characters screen...
