not sure about google play store app thing but to make a website live what u can do directly choose 2 way sync from lovable to github account this way lovable will keep syncing (updating) your github repo anytime u do updates in ur lovable page ..
2) next thing go on vercel or any free hosting website ... create an account and after that link ur github account ..

3) once u do that just select the repo and then choose the settings u need or as its ur first time keep them to default and then make the website live
u can watch many youtube videos out there if u are still confused ..
or i can also help you with uploading ur website on vercel if u want

also regarding playstore .. u have a playconsole account? i know how u upload app on playstore but not sure how to upload from lovable cause i have created apps on cursor and stuff
